My journey to founding SOL & ART was shaped by my diverse background in investment banking and the energy industry, which took me across continents. After a parenting break, I followed my passion for art and cultural impact by establishing SOL & ART.

My exposure to different cultures has greatly enhanced my ability to lead SOL & ART, fostering cultural appreciation and preserving traditional craftsmanship.

Now, I also create original designs for SOL & ART, blending contemporary vision with heritage embroidery techniques, which are brought to life by skilled artists and artisans.

Our Name

The name SOL & ART derives its inspiration from two words. "Sol," meaning "sun" in Spanish, symbolizes life, energy, influence, strength, and power—the vibrant force that illuminates our world.

"Art" encompasses the expression and implementation of human creative skill and imagination. It represents the endless possibilities, beauty, and transformative power that art brings to our lives.

By combining these two powerful concepts, SOL & ART represents the fusion of life-giving energy and the boundless realm of artistic expression. It encapsulates our mission to bring forth captivating textile artworks that radiate energy, creativity, and the profound impact of art in our existence.
