SOL & ART GALLERY Is Committed To Ensuring The 100% Satisfaction Of Our Customers 

ART COLLECTION


Each of our unique work of art is sold in a high-quality wood frame with museum glass. The museum glass allows that the colours and texture of our textiles are represented authentically and it is the best suited alternative for our delicate art. The colour of our art collection on our website is a close representation of this artwork but may not be identical to the artwork you receive. Each artwork is unique handmade art and no two pieces will ever be the same and colour depth varies across monitors.


The framing and finishing are done by a small family business in Germany with several decades of art framing expertise. 



PRICING AND PAYMENT


Our prices include VAT.    All sales are via PayPal or a Bank Transfer.  In case of payment by bank transfer, deliveries shall be sent once the transfer has been received in cleared funds by SOL & ART GALLERY.



TAXES AND CUSTOM FEES


Art collectors within the EU do not pay custom fees. In some cases, art collectors outside the EU might pay taxes and custom fees on artwork they purchase, depending on their country of residence. For further information about these fees you may check with your country's customs office.  



SHIPPING AND GLOBAL DELIVERIES


SOL & ART offers free shipping within Germany. For other countries we will charge depending on the size of the artwork. Please contact us at info@solandart.com.  Each work of art is shipped from Düsseldorf, Germany.

Ships in 1 - 2 weeks.


Purchased artworks shall be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order.


We ship to over 30 countries, guaranteeing the artwork will arrive in perfect conditions. At the time of delivery of the artwork by the Courier, you (or a nominated representative) is required to verify that the packaging and its seals are intact, undamaged, not wet or altered in any manner.


Any damages to the packaging and/or the artwork, or documentation must be immediately indicated in writing on the Courier’s delivery note. Once the Courier’s document has been signed and no objection has been raised by you, you may not make any objection to the exterior characteristics of the delivered parcel.


Should an artwork arrive damaged, SOL & ART GALLERY will pay for the return costs. The artwork needs to be sent securely and well packed to SOL & ART GALLERY in Germany.  You always have the option to receive a new artwork, ask for a full refund or receive a price adjustment.

TRACKING


For the most detailed, up-to-date tracking information, we recommend that you track your package via the particular courier's website. Please locate the email notification you have received from us when the artwork is shipped, which contained the subject line: "Your order has been shipped." This email contains a link allowing you to access a webpage with your order tracking details including your specific courier and your tracking number. Please copy the tracking number from this email and then enter it into the courier's webpage for the latest tracking information.

RETURN POLICY


At SOL & ART GALLERY we offer unique textile artworks. Each piece is the synthesis of centuries of history and modernity, impressively handmade with high quality materials.


Our clients are some of the most discerning individuals on earth and we want to match their expectations: for this reason we are offering extensive guarantees to support their purchases with us.


Seven (7) Days Returns

From the time you receive your original artwork, you have seven (7) days to decide whether to keep the artwork or safely return the artwork back to SOL & ART GALLERY in its original condition for a refund.


Artworks that you want to return must be shipped out within three (3) days after confirming with us that the artwork will be returned to us.  If you do not notify us of your intent to return the artwork within seven (7) days of receipt you will not be eligible for a refund.


SOL & ART GALLERY reserves itself the right to refuse any refund if the artwork has been damaged or sent beyond the period of three (3) days after confirming with us that the artwork will be returned to us.


Please remember that we can not accept returns on artworks that have been customized especially for you. 


You can ship the artwork back in its original packaging, with a courier of your choice. The return shipping and import duties back to Germany (if any) will be sustained by the customer, provided that the reason for the return is not because you have received the artwork damaged.
