This flowers Suzani was designed and hand embroidered by an artist family in the region of Bukhara in Uzbekistan with the traditional technique of chain stitch, done with an instrument called a tambour, a hooked needle.
The handmade embroidery art is made with naturally dyed silk threads on a naturally dyed cotton fabric.
This design shows huge fantasy and great skill. It has a very rich hand embroidery with a perfect combination of colours.
The flowers motif shows poetic and holiday spirit.
